     Initial Consult, First Follow Up,
    and Health Plan - $240

Let's get to the bottom of your health concerns :)

Together we will do a deep dive into your health history, your   diet, what brings you joy and what stresses you out. We will   discuss your priorities for your health so that any suggestions   make are designed specifically for you and what you want to   work on.   This includes the cost of both appointments (90 and   30 minutes, respectively), as well as research time, and your   individualized health plan.

Natural health is particularly suited to support chronic, recurring, complex or just vague health concerns. No diagnosis but just don't feel "right"? We can work with that.

Some common areas that I help support include:
  • Digestive health - come with or without a diagnosis. From vague and minor to severe or chronic, we can work with it all.
  • Hormonal support - PMT, fertility, perimenopause, thyroid, and everything in between
  • Immune health - chronic or recurring infections, autoimmunity, allergies
  • Mental health, sleep support, stress and the wide-reaching impact of it
  • Skin health - Eczema, psoriasis
And many more. Unsure if I can help? Please reach out :)

Join me on a *FREE* plant walk to learn all about the medicinal   plants that grow wild all around us, and about those that you   could grow in your backyard or balcony.
In this session, we will go over 4-5 different medicinal plants   that are ready to be harvested during spring, including   information on how to identify the plants, and how to grow,   harvest, prepare, and use them safely and sustainably.
We will be running other sessions seasonally to grow your knowledge of useful plants throughout the year, so keep an eye   out for these here and on the Botanic Gardens website.
We will start this walk at Huakaikawa visitor centre.
Spaces are limited and the spring walk sold out super quickly so please register to attend - can't wait to see you there!
