I currently run 2 week and 12 week meal plans, which can be done fully online with either email or Skype check-ins. All plans are whole foods based, with no pills, shakes, or powders. Naturally gluten- and dairy-free, these meal plans are bursting with anti-inflammatory nutrients, making them a great fit for those needing to make a big (or small) shift in their diet to support their health long-term.
