Let's get to the bottom of your health concerns :)
Together we will do a deep dive into your health history, your diet, what brings you joy and what stresses you out. We will discuss your priorities for your health so that any suggestions I make are designed specifically for you and what you want to work on.
This includes the cost of both appointments (90 and 30 minutes, respectively), as well as research time, and your individualized health plan.
Natural health is particularly suited to support chronic, recurring, complex or just vague health concerns. No diagnosis but just don't feel "right"? We can work with that.
